Refreshing wheat beer. Beautiful citrus-like bitterness, quite spicy (think of coriander) and a nice full wheattaste. The aftertaste is spicy and reminiscent of cloves. Delicious as a thirst-quencher in the summer, but can almost always be enjoyed, for example, with a light fish dish or a salad.
The Vedett Extra White is a fresh cloudy wheat beer with a fruity flavor of orange and a spiciness of coriander. The carbon dioxide is sparkling and provides a fresh tingling on the tongue. A better example of a summer thirst-quencher is hard to find, and this beer is therefore consistently a favorite on the terraces when the temperature rises.
This filtered version of the famous Hefe Weizen is clear as a lager. The taste is slightly cleaner than the regular Weizen. It thus has less whole wheat flavor and a slightly fresher taste. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy.
